Customizing permissions and profile settings in the Dealer Space app allows you to ensure that your team members have the appropriate level of access to dealership data and tools.
Accessing Permissions and Profile Settings

Navigate to the Admin Section:
- On Desktop: Click the Settings icon in the navigation menu.
- On Mobile: Tap your avatar at the bottom of the screen and select Go to Settings.
- Select the Admin tab and then Members.

Select a User:
- In the Members list, locate the team member whose profile or permissions you wish to edit.
- Click the three dots next to their name and select Update Profile.
Editing Profile Information

In the Profile Information tab, you can:
- Update the user's name and display settings.
- Add or update a profile photo for identification.

- Control access to unassigned and assigned customers.

- Specify access to analytics dashboards for sales, appointments, and marketing.

- Allow or restrict the ability to invite users, edit permissions, and manage team settings.
