Managing notifications effectively in the Space Auto CRM ensures you never miss important updates, tasks, or customer interactions. This guide will walk you through how to maintain and find notifications within the SpaceAuto app, highlighting features and benefits for users on Android, iPhone, Mac, Windows, and web browsers like Chrome.

Notification Types

The Space Auto app supports various notification types to keep you informed and responsive:

  1. Messages: Includes texts, emails, and inbound notifications. Benefit: Stay up-to-date with all customer communications in real-time.
  2. Customer Website Visits: Notifications when your customers are live on your website. Benefit: Engage with potential buyers at the right moment, enhancing customer service and sales opportunities.
  3. Team Notifications / Invitations: For admins to see any account activity updates. Benefit: Ensure your team is coordinated and aware of all significant changes.
  4. Task Reminders: Reminders for tasks and appointments to follow up with customers. Benefit: Never miss a follow-up, keeping your workflow organized and customers satisfied.

Customizing Notifications

Notifications are customizable in the application settings by an admin. This allows you to tailor the types and frequency of notifications according to your preferences and role within the team, ensuring you receive the most relevant updates without being overwhelmed.

Viewing Notifications

To see notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Accessing Notifications: Click the notifications tab with the counter. This counter is visible on your Space Auto application across all your devices.
  2. Chronological Order: Your notifications will be listed in chronological order, with the newest at the top and the oldest at the bottom. Benefit: Easily track recent updates and respond promptly.
  3. Unread Tab: Select the "Unread" tab to see all new notifications that are unread. Benefit: Quickly identify and address pending notifications to stay on top of your tasks.
  4. Clearing Notifications: To clear notifications all at once, press "Clear Notifications." You will see an "All Caught Up" message, and your notification count on all devices will reset to zero. Benefit: Keep your notifications organized and reduce clutter for better focus on new updates.
